Alex and Ani's Super Bowl spot is designed to inspire. The :30 spot will be featured on broadcasts in top markets across the country during the Super Bowl.

The impact of a Super Bowl can be all powerful for a marketer.

As one top Ad media buyer told GoLocal, the impact can be profound for a company.

Jim Cooney, President of Rhode Island-based PriMedia, says that the 1984 Apple spot was the one that did it for them. Even today, with entertainment options proliferating, he says the Super Bowl remains the paramount opportunity in advertising. "From a media buying perspective, it's the most people you can reach in the U.S. at one time--plus a bonus audience watching overseas."

The Alex and Ani spot is visually rich and inspiring for Rhode Island. "Main Street has not only been a place where people come together to live, work and play; it's traditionally been the economic engine of a community. Often, Main Streets tell stories about our past, and paint pictures of our future," said the narrative about the Alex and Ani spot narrated by CEO Gio Feroce.
